Projects
Projects, special work, and field notes
Project management is not only a professional frame I use in client organizations, ERP transformations or PMO structures. It is also a way of thinking, making decisions, making risks visible and creating meaningful outcomes with limited resources.
In this section I bring different kinds of projects together: professional work, digital product experiments, special projects born from personal curiosity, field notes and work I want to leave a trace of over time.
Some projects are directly connected to professional life. Others take shape around a car, a music production, a trip, a family experience or a small idea. For me, they share one thing: each carries a decision, risk, scope, budget, supplier, phase or learning question.
This page shows not only finished work, but also the field traces of how I think.
Special Projects
Special projects are personal pieces of work that are not client assignments, but that I approach with project discipline.
Sometimes this means bringing an old car back to life, finishing a music production, testing a business idea at a small scale or turning a family experience into something worth remembering.
The purpose is not only to produce an outcome; it is to make visible how I decide, how I manage risk, how I sequence resources and how I learn through the process.
Each special project is a kind of field note: personal but not scattered, sincere but not unplanned, starting with curiosity and moving with project discipline.
How this section will be used
- Each project will be treated as a trace of decisions, scope, risk, and learning rather than a showcase alone.
- Special projects can stay personal, but the language will remain professional and measured.
- Actual figures, supplier/service names, license plates, chassis details, and personal data will not be shared.
Expandable structure
The main section is structured so it can grow across different project types over time.
